Hey, I'm Devin Figueroa. I run Divine Growth out of Oswego, Illinois, same town I grew up in.

My wife Tania and I are raising our baby girl and baby boy here now, on the same streets I used to ride my bike on as a kid. Never really saw a reason to leave. We're close enough to Chicago that we go head to head with the big downtown agencies, but we're also right next to Yorkville, Montgomery, Aurora, Plainfield and Naperville, so the business owners I work with aren't strangers. A lot of them are people I'd run into at the grocery store.

I got into this because I'm a dad before anything else, and that changes how you look at things. When a small business owner hands me their marketing, that's not a project to me, that's someone's mortgage, someone's kids' school clothes, someone's whole life. I don't take that lightly. If I wouldn't hand my own business over to someone, I'm not asking you to hand yours over to me.

Here's the thing about most agencies: they either overcharge you for a template with your logo slapped on it, or they treat you like a number in a portfolio. I started Divine Growth because small businesses deserve the kind of strategy and design that actually moves the needle, without the corporate price tag or the copy-paste website that looks like everyone else's.

We build sites people actually buy from. We run ads that actually make you money back. And we show up like we're part of your team, because honestly, we are.

Hi, I'm Tania Figueroa — Co-Founder & Creative Director of Divine Growth. Oswego is where we were raised, where we built our marriage, and where we're now raising our two beautiful babies. Divine Growth is headquartered in our hometown on purpose — so we can be present for small businesses across the Fox Valley, Chicago and the suburbs, and every community in between — while serving clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Before Divine Growth, I spent 6+ years in the United States Army. I completed my contract in 2025 after running National Guard missions and deploying overseas to Kuwait and Iraq as a Travel NCO. I came home as a Combat Veteran with the Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM), the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and a Brigade Coin awarded by my Brigade Commander.

The military taught me how to operate under pressure, build systems that don't break, and lead people without ego. That's exactly what I bring to our clients — disciplined operations, tight follow-through, and a standard that doesn't slip just because the day got long.
