Do you only support sites you built?
No — we take over sites built by anyone, on most major platforms. We do a free audit first to confirm we can responsibly maintain it.
What counts as a 'small' edit?
Copy changes, image swaps, new blog posts, fixing a broken form, swapping a CTA. Anything under ~30 min. Larger work is scoped separately.
How fast do you respond?
Care: 2 business days. Care+: 24 hours. Partner: same business day, with on-call for true emergencies.
What if my site goes down at 2am?
Monitoring alerts us 24/7. On Care+ and Partner, we begin remediation immediately even outside business hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. We hand over all access and documentation cleanly.
Do you host the site?
We can — managed hosting is bundled with Care+ and Partner. Or we'll maintain on your existing host, no problem.
